云南升麻地下部分化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Underground Parts of Cimicifuga yunnanensis

摘要: 目的:研究云南升麻地下部分的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、大孔树脂等分离材料柱层析结合HPLC手段对化合物进
行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与波谱数据对相关成分进行结构鉴定。结果:从云南升麻地下部位70%丙酮提取物乙酸乙酯
与正丁醇部位中分离鉴定5个单体化合物,分别为升麻苷H-2(1),升麻素苷(2),胡萝卜苷(3),β-谷甾醇(4),双酚A(5)。
结论:化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the underground parts of Cimicifuga yunnanensis. Methods: The
compounds were isolated and purified by using various column chromatography padded with silica gel and macroporous resin,
respectively, and preparative HPLC was used to assisst constituent purification as well. Their structures were identified based on
physical characteristics and spectroscopic data. Results: Five compounds were obtained from EtOAc-soluble part and butanol-soluble
part of 70% acetone extract of underground parts of C. yunnanensis and identified as cimicifugoside H-2(1), prim-O-glucosylcimifugin
(2), daucosterol(3), β-sitosterol(4), and bisphenol A(5). Conclusion: Compounds 1-5 were isolated from C. yunnanensis for the
first time.
